Do I really need professional make-up?
YES! There's no wrong time to have a professional help you. It takes the stress off of preparing for big events and makes you feel more confident and put together. Like most women, it's easy to get in a rut and do the same make-up over and over without really thinking twice. It's wonderful to have an objective person come in and transform ordinary into extraordinary. Having professional make-up will help you to have a more creative approach to not only your make-up but your overall look.
What other things do I need to do before I get my make-up done?
3-5 days before the event get your eyebrows done. You wouldn't believe what a difference that makes! If you're having a facial, do that 5-7 days in advance. Any tanning should be done at least two days in advance and if you're having other facial waxing make sure to do that 5-7 days ahead of time.
Directly before your appointment, wash, exfoliate and moisturize your skin.
Why do I need to do a make-up trial?
Looking and feeling your best is the most important thing! I want to insure that you know what colors you want, that we've discussed all the details, and that you're comfortable with me as someone who is helping you achieve the exact look you want.
Should I wear make-up to my appointment?
It's best to come with a blank canvas. Wash and moisturize prior to your appointment.
What areas do you serve?
I serve the Southern California area, and events held further than fifty miles from me will require a travel fee.
